Smashing Pumpkins

There's nothing quite like rotten pumpkins and a sledge hammer to help alleviate stress and frustrations of every day life.

Pictures to come - but Maddie and I just finished unloading about 30 rotten pumpkins from our local Pumpkin Patch. They ranged in decay from a few bad spots to already splitting apart - all perfect to feed our compost pile!

We were rather clever and raided the seeds from the not-so-rotten ones and will have lots of roasted pumpkin seeds to munch on this week!
